Author Elizabeth Andrew once said, “Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.” And it’s the hearts of volunteers in the Sacramento area that we will honor at the 2011 Volunteer Spirit Awards on Friday, October 28 from 11:30am-1:30pm at the Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa.
